The WiFi is connected, but the printer always shows yellow light and I cannot print documents. My laptop system is MacOS 15.2WechatIMG19.jpgWechatIMG20.jpg

This could be related to Wifi connection and need to restore, please follow steps from the next video:

I have tried this solution, still not working. Orange or yellow light is still showing

Ok, if that doesn´t work then try to clean a possible paper jam inside printer, follow steps from next video:

Gotcha, thank you for the supporting. I think my printer is able to print the information page paper. It might be other issue, I can bring it to the store or other place to fix it in the other few days.
