Hi,
yesterday I set an admin password for my M28w using the macOS HP smart App.
After entering it twice (once for confirmation) it was changed and I wanted to login to the EWS to maintain the extended settings.
My new password was not accepted, so I can no longer login to the EWS.
I can not enter the SYSTEM Menü in the EWS to reset the printer as it requires the password but the PW is not accepted.
Would you please send me an instruction for resetting the admin password of my LaserJet M28w?
