Have installed HP Smart. Wifi printer. Win11 always uses Microsoft IPP Class Driver.  The HP driver is not on the change driver list. This does not give all the options as the same printer installed on Win10.  Also, using the IPP driver, all pages print in top left corner ie. 1/4 page.  As if some setting says  to print 4 pages on a sheet, but I cannot find that setting anywhere using the IPP driver. The printer is installed on a TCP port which works on win10.

Hi @neil755,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out. The issue here is that Windows 11 is defaulting to the Microsoft IPP Class Driver, which has limited functionality and causes the ¼ page print problem. To get full features, you’ll need to install the dedicated HP driver.

Here are the steps:

Uninstall the IPP Class Driver

Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners

Remove the printer that is currently using the IPP driver.

Download & Install the Full Feature Software

Go to the HP Software and Drivers page

Enter HP LaserJet MFP M130nw

Select Windows 11 as your OS and download the Full Feature Software and Driver (not just HP Smart).

Install via TCP/IP Port

During installation, choose Add a printer using TCP/IP address.

Enter your printer’s IP address (you can print it from the printer’s control panel or router).

Verify the Correct Driver

After installation, check under Printer Properties > Advanced Tab.

The driver should read HP LaserJet MFP M130nw, not “Microsoft IPP Class Driver.”

Once this is done, you’ll regain the full printing options (scaling, duplex, etc.), and the ¼ page issue should be resolved.

I hope this helps.
