Hi,
The printer is too old and not supported on Windows 11, no drivers are available for the operating system.
You may find any compatible HP printer listed below:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4839960-4840167-16
Let's try some steps and see if that may work, it may or may not and not officially intended to work.
If you have connected the printer please unplug the USB cable at this time..
Click the start menu and select Settings, click on Bluethooth & devices and then on Printers & Scanners.
If you see any instance of your printer remove it there by selecting it and clicking Remove Device, then restart your PC.
Press and hold the Windows Logo and the R keys on the same time to launch the Run dialog, paste the following and then click OK:
printui /s /t2
Within the Drivers tab remove any listed HP printer, select the 2nd option to remove both driver and its package.
Now try installing its Windows 10 64-bit driver below and check if that may work, do not plug the USB till the installation ask to do so:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL21058/bi-55362-7/ljP1000_P1500-HB-pnp-win64-en.exe
Check if you may able to print following a successful installation, else it might be the time for a new printer compatible with Windows 11.
