HP LaserJet P1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet P1102w cannot connect to WiFi. Says password is wrong but it isnt.

I have gotten the printer to work by USB but as soon as I try to connect by WiFi it finds my network but does not connect. Get message that the password is wrong. I have changed password 5-6 times and rebooted computer and router still does not work.

Hi @Tobbe83

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the password issue.

Let's try these steps -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices.

2) Wait for 60 seconds.

3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.

4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.

5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
