Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Needing help with bluetooth ---- my printer has bluetooth and so does my HP Laptop but they will not pair

The instructions say to make sure the printer is 'enabled' but there is nowhere for me to do this, the printer does not have a menu, just a bluetooth button which flashes

My computer is not recognising it - any clue as to what I could do?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

This printer model does not have a Bluetooth option.

However, it has a wireless connectivity option, refer this printer specifications

Follow the steps mentioned in this document to covert the USB connection to wireless:- Click here
