Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw

Hi all, 

 

For the HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251 series I

- downloaded the driver and it does not work (tried both with USB and wireless)

- downloaded HP Smart and it does not recognize the printer even when it's connected via USB

- downloaded the HP Doctor and it also does not work

- I try to reset the printer but it asks for a password and I don't have it 

 

So does anyone have any recommendations to install the printer so I can actually use it? 

Or does anyone know the printer password so I can reset it? 

 

Appreciate any insights. Thanks!
