I am able to print a postcard using tray one, but when I try and manually print the same size stock from tray 2 it defaults back to tray 1. I can print 8.5x11 and even JIS B6 types fine, but when I try with postcard it pulls from the wrong tray. So far I have tried using the apple print preview screen to select the paper size and feed from options. I have also tried the command

"lpr -o InputSlot=tray-2 -o media=Postcard testbadge.pdf" to no success.

It is possible that the size or paper type is not supported for Tray 2. As tray 1 has fewer bends in the paper path it typically will support a wider range of media.

Thanks for the response. Do you know if there is a way to get a list of supported sizes?
