Product: HP LaserJet Pro 4001dn Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

New printer, updated password and other security settings.  New password was entered multiple times.  I updated the firmware and now the password I set no longer works.  I have tried, factory defaults, cold reset and second factory default.   I have the initial PIN but the printer status report still says:  "20. Admin Password: Set"    Does anyone have any ideas?
