Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

 

I need the driver for the following printer (HP LaserJet Pro M12W), the driver found on the HP site does not install the driver. Printer works while connected via USB, but on Driver Manager under Other devices HP EWS driver is missing.

Have you installed the full feature software on your computer? If no, then download and install it from the below link.

Then, follow the steps in the below article to convert the USB connection to wireless.
