Purchased HP LaserJet Pro M15w and installation and connectivity are fine.  Having trouble with document type - pdf vs doc - printer info states it only prints pdf ?  So i tried reverting a word doc to pdf and vice versa and there's a glitch I cant figure out or even explain well.  Any thoughts very much appreciated!!

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  Assume that you are using a computer to print?

For PDF, using the HP Smart app, you can print PDF.  However, for Word, you can print from Word software directly.

Alternative is to use the HP FULL software solution, you will be able to print both using the PDF/Word software directly,

Download and install the HP FULL software:

Hope that helps!

I installed to the software and still unable to print.  If I try to print I get a prompt to save a file and then try print and get error message. Unable to print.

Hi @Diane152

Are you able to send a screenshot of the message you are getting?

If the software is installed successfully, it should allow printing,.

Thanks.
