Can HP please investigate why its printers cannot get to update servers from ISP's that use IPv6 Natively?
Whenever there is a new update for my printer, it will get stuck and not allow any jobs to printer on the screen "download failed" on printer. After pressing X and letting printer reboot, you can then print your job. However, after a few minutes, it will attempt to download new Firmware, fail, and stop all future jobs until X is pressed again.
After troubleshooting, I discovered that the printer cannot get to the public download servers from the T-Mobile 5G Home Internet ISP. This is an IPv6 Internet Provider. After I tried using my neighbors Sparklight (cable model) Internet, it was able to find the server and download the Firmware. Now my printer will work correctly, until the next time HP issues a firmware update and I will have to do this all over again.
NOTE: I attempted to use the manual Firmware Updater for macOS, but get the error "HP Firmware Updater" dmg damaged, would you like to move it to the trash; The Mac Application will not run at all.
NOTE: I attempted to use the manual Firmware Updater for Windows 11, but get the "Non Applicable" message next to my printer in the list.

A work around would be to disable all updates from a downloads which will stop the printing from polling the servers. If you need to update you simply re-enable updates and use the update file that runs from your computer.
