Setup this printer on USB many years ago, forgot the password.

Tried the Reset by turning off, Hold the Left arrow and Cancel buttons and turning on power.  No Go on reset as it was setup using USB.

Tried the HP Device Tool box using USB, no go again as it wants the password.

 

Need to get this done, ASAP.

I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
