I have a problem with the printer itself that I wasn't able to solve.

The summary is as following:

After I got it, I made the First Run Setup, connecting to Wi-Fi, let it do its Firmware Update until it was up-to-date and did a reboot.

I did set up the preset as well, German language, German region and Keyboard was set to QWERTZ automatically.

Everything seemed fine until this point but after every shutdown the printer reverts the keyboard layout to QWERTY.

This is toxically annoying. What is the use of a preset when it gets reverted with every shutdown?

No setting in EWS is available to configure the preset keyboard layout.

I already searched multiple times for Firmware Updates, I downloaded the Windows based Firmware Updatetool but it says as well the printer runs the latest Firmware.

I did a factory reset and configured everything new just to run into the same problem.

After no newer Firmware Updates are available and Factory reset doesn't fix it as well, what else can be done except to send the device back for a refund?

I wasn't able to find the support ticket system on hp.com yet, to report this bug for hopefully getting an update to fix it.

If anyone knows how to report bugs, please let me know.

Thx.
