Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4303
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So, I have been trying for a few days now to update the firmware on this printer. I have tried through the printer webpage, on the printer console itself and the Printer Update Utility.  It's a no go on all three options.

 

I see I can download the firmware file but how do it get it installed on the printer?

Download the firmware BDL file here https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/FW_Commercial/4301_4303/HP_Color_LaserJet_Pro_MFP_4301-430...

 

Copy the file to a us Fat32 formatted USB stick and then follow instructions below:
