@Echo_Lake check out this link https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/LaserJet-Pro-MFP-M127fw-firmware-update...
It's a firmware bug in Windows 10, where the updater shows that the installation went successful, but it does not update. You guys need to get this updated fixed ASAP! A lot of people are unable to use Web Services/ E-Print

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Reset the product:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Try and update, if the issue persists try the below steps.
Try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
