HP LaserJet Pro MFP M128fn
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I've installed HP LaserJet Pro MFP M128fn driver on windows server 2016, but after installation test print failed with error message "Test page failed to print, would you like to view the print troubleshooter for assistance? The system does not support the command requested." 

 

pls help....

I'd like to help!

 

I understand that you are unable to print a test page from your printer.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Please uninstall printer drivers from your PC and install just the basic drivers and check if that helps.

 

Click here to install full-feature drivers. Select your current OS.
