We switched internet providers and when we did, our printer stopped working. We have followed all the tutorials and help to correct the problem but the printer just wont work. We even tried holding down the wireless button for 20+ sec and that failed to do anything.

 

We need to do a factory reset of the printer and need help as to how to do that, please.

 

We have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w 

 

Please help! We only got this printer a little under a year ago and need it fixed! In advance, thank you!
