Please send me the factory reset instructions as well. 

 

Odd that such commonly-needed instructions are not readily available in a single form in the manual. Especially since the very common operation of changing WiFi networks seems to require this reset. But if that's what it takes...

I am having the same issue with my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M29w. We recently moved and changed router/Wi-Fi networks. I simply want to connect the printer to the new Wi-Fi. 

 

Most advice for this printer talks about a USB port, which mine does not have. I have chatted with virtual support, used Printer Doctor, and Smart app.
