I wanted to set up my HP LaserJet P1102w printer to print wirelessly because Windows didn't recognize a profile for it even though it was connected to the PC. So, I found out I needed to install the driver for that. I chose the option to install via USB connection directly between the printer and the computer and began the 'HP LaserJet Professional P1100w Series' installing. It's been installing the firmware for about an hour now, is this normal? Should I cancel the installation? The USB connection is fine. The only thing that happened is that the printer, because of the process taking so long, turned off a couple of times and I turned it back on. Thank you very much for your help
