Parts of the touchscreen are no longer functioning, This includes the area where "OK" is located. On startup I get a "used cartridges" message that requires me to select OK to continue - only I can't.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Page 91 of the service manual shows the display part number as CF145-60101

 

If it is defective you might replace it

I've replaced two displays screens on the same canon printer in the last year.  Both were damaged by baseball bats, probably by the same person.  The first time I ordered one from AliExpress I had to send them a picture of myself holding my drivers license.  HP printer parts are more easily available and less of a hassle to buy.
