HP printer drivers are treated as malware by macOS 10.15.7 and do not allow printing

Good Evening,

 

Hope you are well, after one of the updates for Mac some of the HP drivers are crashing with the IOS update, in order to solve this issue, please go to system preferences > printers and scanners > remove the printer´s icon > hit the plus to add the printer, but the main difference is that just before clicking add, please change the option for Use to Generic PostScript driver.

 

Add the printer with the PostScript driver and test printing.
