Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

So I have a HP Laserjet 5000, which has a Ethernet port and was working wired on a Ethernt  network. Till I changed my Modem/Router to a separate modem and router. Both modem and router are by Netgear. The router is Nighthawk. I have the printer Ethernet cable in one of the Ethernet slot on the router.
They are not communicating and I can not print.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Which jet direct card is installed in the printer? Older models like the 600N, 610N or 615N will have difficulty connecting to newer hardware and upgrading to a 620N or newer jet direct card will likely resolve the issue.
