It use to print, but since yesterday it does not print any more.
When trying to print, it start to work, and stop before taking the page and print, like theire was nothing to print...
On my HP Smart the printer is Ready, but next to the green V it says Validation...

Hi @Boni1967,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand there could be a few potential issues causing your HP LaserJet M209dwe printer not to print.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
- Restart the Printer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from power for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
- Check Printer Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network via Wi-Fi. If you're using a USB connection, make sure the cable is securely plugged into both the printer and your computer.
- Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can usually download them from the HP website or through the HP Smart app. Software and Drivers for HP LaserJet M209dwe Printer
- Check Printer Queue: There might be a stuck print job in the printer queue causing the issue. Open the print queue on your computer and cancel any pending print jobs.
- Check Paper and Cartridge: Make sure there is paper loaded in the printer tray and that the cartridge is properly installed. You mentioned that the cartridge is new, but it's worth double-checking to ensure it's inserted correctly.
- Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory settings. You can usually find instructions for this in the printer's user manual or through the printer's settings menu.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Firmware updates can sometimes resolve compatibility issues and improve performance. Update the firmware on an HP printer
