Hi @KogiNisha, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that your HP LaserJet P1102 is in an error state. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to get it back up and running:
Restart the Printer and Computer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. After 5 minutes, plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check the Connection

  • If using USB, ensure:
    • The cable is properly connected to both the printer and PC.
    • Try a different USB port or cable.
  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure:
    • The printer is connected to the correct network.
    • Your PC and printer are on the same Wi-Fi.

Check the Printer Status

  1. Open Control PanelDevices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on the HP LaserJet P1102 and select See what’s printing.
  3. Click Printer at the top and ensure:
    • Use Printer Offline is unchecked.
    • Pause Printing is unchecked.

Reinstall the Printer Drivers

  1. Uninstall existing drivers:
    • Open Control PanelPrograms and Features.
    • Uninstall HP LaserJet P1102 drivers.
  2. Reinstall the latest drivers:
    • Download the latest driver from the HP support website.
    • Install and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check for Paper Jams or Cartridge Issues

  • Open the printer and check for any stuck paper.
  • Remove and reinsert the toner cartridge properly.
  • Ensure the toner is not empty.

Restart Print Spooler Service

  1. Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Find Print Spooler, right-click it, and choose Restart.
  3. Try printing again.

Update Windows

  • Ensure your Windows system is up to date.
  • Go to SettingsUpdate & SecurityWindows UpdateCheck for updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
