I am trying to help a client get connected to a printer in their business space. Everyone else in the office has been able to connect to it and this computer has been able to as well, but recently it started having issues. It is saying the driver is unavailable. I have tried manually removing the drivers and reinstalling the printer, nothing. I have downloaded HP Smart, installed it through there but we still hit that dead end where it cannot detect a driver. I tried to use the offline driver download and install it like that, again nothing. I have even tried to share it from a computer with a working driver and the moment this computer tried to connect to the printer, the driver is lost. I have run all repair tools I can think of and we still don't have the ability to get this up and running. I would appreciate any advice that can be given to get us up and running as soon as possible
