Hi, it's been 2 months (since Apple asked me to change my operating system for space issues) that i can not print with my HPLaserJet Pro M12w.

 

I have spent days with Apple or with HP support and none have been able to help out solving the issue.

I tried bluetooth, does not work. From my iPhone, does not work, from my macbook in bluetooth, does not work, with usb cable, does not work, i uninstall and install my printer fifteen times, does not print. There is light in the printer and i could print two pages of Self Test / Device configuration, and it did print perfectly but none of any documents apart from those two pages would print. I m getting upset and my confidence in solving the solution gets lower day after day (i spent half of this day once again in trying a solution, listening to the virtual assistant from HP, downloading on 123.hp.com/setup and there are no drivers for me. Please help !!!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

To get the answer to this question, due to the age of this printer it is not supported in macOS Monterey (also known as MacOS 12)
