HP Laserjer Pro M15W
iOS 10 - 10.3.3

Hi, installation of the printer (Laserjet pro M15W) cannot be done because my computer (Mac) cannot find wifi. Also wifi light is not on, but two other lights are blinking. I have tried all tips from the page but power and notification lights keep blinking. Is there anything to do or should I return the printer? I also tried to install by USB (not working). Is there something how I get wifi on?

I believe we have to push the Wireless button to turn on the wireless feature. 

The blinking lights, is the Attention light and the power button?

Could you also try to print a configuration page and let me know the result. In order to print the page:

a. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button until the Ready light begins blinking.

b. Release the Resume/Cancel button.

Hello. I purchased my HP LJP M15w in late April 2019 from Amazon. I printed 50 pages.

 

I was gone for a couple of weeks. When I came back, I could not get my printer to work.

 

When I turn on my M15w, the green power light and the orange ! light flash on and off several times. The blue internet light flashes on once, briefly, and then goes dark. Finally, only the green power light is on. I printed a config page. That report indicates the printer is not connected to the wifi network. WiFi direct setup is enabled but when I enter the direct IP address, access is refused.

 

I think the item is defunct. Kaput. Broken.

 

How do I get a replacement?

PS: For what it is worth, I have spent the last 90 minutes following every suggestion made by HP, all to no avail.
