I am facing a problem with a HP LaserJet M1132, which I connected to a machine under W10. Originally the OS was in Swedish but all settings (regional and languages) changed to English. When installing the HP software the installation interface is in English but after that the the scaner and printer interfaces are in Swedish. We tried several time to un-install the related HP software and drivers, cleaned the cache but same behavior when re-installing. It would be great to have the possibility to manually set the language to English. Any clue how to fix it?

Hi @Supercolargol,
I read the quick response. You've done remarkable troubleshooting and displayed great efforts to try and resolve the issue.Kudos to you for that. 🙂 As @A4Apollo is out of office, I am responding on his behalf.
As you've tried all the troubleshooting steps, I request you to try the Windows built-in drivers for printing.
For scanning please use the HP scan and capture app and this should do the trick for you.
Please perform all the steps patiently as this should resolve the issue.
If it still does not work, please contact HP phone support from this link: http://hp.com/contacthp Select the country and follow the on-screen instructions.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty should take care of it for you.
Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great.
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.
Take care now and have a superb week ahead. 🙂

4. Highlight something else from the list
5. Click the Print Server Properties button from the toolbar
6. Select the Drivers Tab
7. Highlight the appropriate print driver
8. Click Remove
9. Check the Remove Driver and Driver Package option when prompted
10. Click OK
Please update the printer software using this link.
Let me know how it goes!

Hey there! @Supercolargol, Thanks for your quick response and time.
The link I have provided you in my previous thread is for English, So you should not get Swedish.
Please download and update the driver on your PC and check if it helps.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Take Care! 🙂

Hi MrRobot - Thanks again for your support. Unfortunately, despite the file you sent me, which I guess is the same I downloaded from the HP website, the installation remains in Swedish. I strictly followed the process, remove the printer, uninstalled the software, deleted the HP files from the Programs folders, cleaned the cache, check all places where system language can be set (in W10 setting and control panel) and re-started the machine. I then re-installed again from the file you provided but always the same behavior. The Flash animation is in English, then when starting the installation process, the installation interface is in Swedish, as well the scanner User interface. Is there any way to force the installer to use English as default? Thanks for your attention and support. Patrick
