Hi there, 

 

I tried to finish the setup process via HP Smart IOS app, however, the following screenshot popped up with an unknown error code: UA_400_EB000U0422ed839a3d39318c58a636223e1bf06a9.jpg

 

Please let me know what to do next, thanks a lot.

Hey!

 

I just came across your post as I was having the same issue too. I had the same error code up until I factory restored my entire printer and did the set up again. It prompted for me to enter the PIN only found on the printer and then it said it wasn't the correct PIN even though I was entering the exact PIN. The HP Smart App froze and I ended up restarting my computer. Once it restarted, it continued right into the Set Up where I was able to register and subscribe the HP Instant Ink Subscription.  Maybe it was pure luck. Best wishes to you.
