Hello.

I'm having problem installing HP M426fdw over network, tried latest driver HP_LJ_Pro_MFP_M426f-M427f-PCL6_v3_Win8plus_Full_Solution-19133_904-606, printer isn't detected. We got other M426fdw  printers in our network, automatic find doesn't show any, only M426fdn because it's the same installing software. Printer is accessible via ip on browser, can be installed through Add a printer or scanner in windows settings adding a printer using a tcp/ip address. This problem has been for years, it's not only on a single pc, it happens on others also. HP Smart says Printer offline, i've seen the other post saying that fixed the problem. I've tried several times, thought over the years maybe problem was fixed through updates of software or windows updates but not. This is not the only printer that has this problem, on M477 happens the same. We need a proper solution fix, waiting for a answer, thanks.

no one? 477 does the same why hasn't been this fixed all these years?
