Guten Tag,

vorweg, es hat bereits funktioniert. Da wir allerdings selten diese Funktion auf dem Gerät "HP M479" nutzen, ist es uns erst jetzt aufgefallen.

Die Einrichtung (egal ob Port 465 oder mit Port 586 mit sicheren Verbindung) ist stets erfolgreich.

Wenn etwas gescannt wird, wird es seitens des Gerätes auch erfolgreich abgeschickt.

Die Scans kommen bei Google mit folgender Fehlermeldung zurück:

---- Fehlermeldung / ANFANG ----
his is the mail system at host 191.hosttech.eu.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The mail system

mach ich das Selbe an die scan@lebdich.com adresse, dann kommt kein Scan an. Eine Fehlermeldung, wie bei Google kommt keine.

Was kann ich tun, damit es wieder funktioniert?

I have the same problem as the German author. For some reason scans sent by the MFP result in the error messages as mentioned above in my gmail in-box. It used to work perfectly but it seems as google doesn't accept these type of mails anymore. What to do?
