will it work on HP MPF E87650 ? because it is mentioned in the document 1/8 and x button.. but none of these exists in this model.

You have 2 instructions, one for printers with LCD button control panel, and instructions for touchscreen panel.

You need to use touchscreen steps because E87650 has a touchscreen.
