Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to express my frustration and seek assistance regarding a significant issue I have encountered with my HP printer following a recent firmware update. My printer model is HP Never Stop Laser MFP 1200w, and the serial number is [Personal Information Removed].
On 20 May 2024, I updated the printer firmware as recommended by the HP software. However, immediately after the update, I began experiencing severe issues with the ink functionality of the printer. Specifically, the printer now displays error messages related to the ink cartridges, and it is unable to print documents properly. This issue did not exist before the firmware update.

 After researching potential solutions, I have come to understand that reverting to the previous firmware version (20200609) might resolve this issue. However, I have been unable to locate the necessary firmware file on your website or through other support channels.

Therefore, I kindly request your urgent assistance with the following:

1. Provide the previous version of the firmware for my HP printer model HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w
2. Detailed instructions on how to revert to the previous firmware version.
3. Any additional troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the ink issues caused by the recent firmware update.
