HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202W
Microsoft Windows 11

My two year old HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202W will no longer power up.  None of the fixes suggested by the HP Support website worked to correct the problem.  The printer is getting the correct voltage and amperage but the power supply/board does not appear to be working any more.  This should not be happening with a printer that costs so much and has been used for so little time.

Hi @BGM3,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202W does not power on.

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.
