Hi:

 

Yes, the processor meets Microsoft's new processor requirements to run W11 24H2.

 

You can run this free utility that I zipped up and attached below and it will show you all the features of your notebook's processor.

 

I don't know when AMD included this feature in their processors, but Intel included SSE 4.2 in their 1st generation core processors introduced to market in 2010.
