HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hI a few months ago, I updated the firmware on my Officejet 250 - and it stopped working. The monitor on the printer shows only a blank screen - there is nothing on the screen. I have tried to get help from Support - but was told, that as i had had the printer for over 3 years - it was old, and that they would not help me.

I want to try and degrade the firmware back to an earlier version to see if that fixes the issue.

At the moment, I have tried to use HP Smart. It is showing the printer - but I can not print from it - or do anything with it. I have tried all the various diagnostics apps and all they come up with , is that there is an error and that the printer software needs to be reinstalled.

I have reinstalled the software on my PC - but to no avail.

So - what i am hoping to achieve is to go back to the factory setting firmware - I can not use the monitor on the printer as it is blank - as stated above.

Is there anyway, in which I can get the factory setting firmware, and force an install on the printer without having the monitor working.

Failing this-  the printer is now useless to me and i may have to bin it. As this printer is quite expensive, I do not want to bin it until I have exhausted all avenues of making it work.

Hope someone can help me.
