HP Office Jet 3830 Driver unavail not showing under device manager

HP Office Jet 3830 All in one, either is offline even if I delete and reinstall, or driver unavail which is new, I can print a copy off the printer but not from my ACER PC. Checked device manager and printer is not there?

Sounds like a driver or connection issue. Try using the HP Smart app to reinstall the printer, it usually finds and installs the right driver. Also, make sure it's connected to the same Wi-Fi as your PC.
