Recently, my desktop does not recognize my printer driver. I've tried numerous times to reset the Printer and:

 

a) Cannot seem to find the actual printer driver anywhere ( Except a firmware update for HP 9010)

b)  Any communication from my desktop (MAcBook Pro) does not recognize printer.

 

Does anyone have a similar situation?

Hi,

Install and use the HP Smart app for the printer:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hp-smart/id1474276998

 

If it does not find the printer, print and evaluate a Wireless Network Test Report.

  • From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard (the top bar), and then touch the Setup (gear) icon.
  • Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Wireless Network Test Report.
    A Wireless Network Test Results page prints.

Please evaluate the header of the report first and let me know its results, does it list any warning / attention?
