Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One series Automatic Duplexing Unit will not stay installed.  I can hit update on automatic configuration which turns automatic duplexing unit to installed and automatic configuration to off, when I apply and hit ok and try to print Automatic Duplexing Unit will change back to not installed. Automatic Configuration is set to Off. Two side Duplexing printing is selected and Flip on long edge is set. I can duplex print on another computer running windows 10 64 bit but can't from the computer I just purchased which is windows 10 64-bit.

Thank you, I was actually able to fix the problem before reading your replying which I had already did and did not work. I was able to get printer to do double sided printing (duplex) by installing the printer using usb connection. After I setup the printer this way removed usb cable and rebooted computer i was able to print using wifi and double sided.

Thanks for the info Jacrfra.  It's interesting and unfortunate that HP doesn't sell the unit with the USB cable by default and must be purchased separately.

HP - this is not customer friendly and a lot of people are having this problem.
