HP Recommended

I have an HP OfficeJet 4650. im running Windows 11....Every time I went to print it would say that it is offline. I followed prompts to uninstall it, the next prompt took me here.

 The status prior to unistalling everything for the printer the printer status said not fully installed. 

Im either going to find my answer on here or im simply going to snap the printer in half and go buy a different brand name.

 

Any suggestions?
