My printer was printing just fine one day and then the next, it stopped printing in color. When I go to the printer preferences, there is no option for color. I tried another cartridge and the alignment page printed in color but nothing I print from my computer is in color. When I AirPrint from my phone, it prints in color. So it's not the printer.

 

I have gone through the process of uninstalling, removing, updating, reinstalling, ScanDoctor, HP Smart, and everything else I could find from the support pages but with no luck. I really would like to print in color again. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
