HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n

Hello Community,

 

My HP OfficeJet 6500 is able to print from my computer, but I currently can not scan anything. In the printer, under scan, it could not find my computer. From my computer, it shows the printer is offline even though I can print no problem. Using a printer status report, I confirmed the printer is connected via wireless to my network and my computer is connected to the same network.

 

Thank you to anyone who can help.

I understand that you are getting a scanner connection error, I am glad to assist you.

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
