Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. I have an HP officejet 7730 printer from 2017 and it is now showing on the screen that it has become a HP 7720. I pressed a few buttons trying to cancel a print but the printer went into a "manufacturing menu". I'm not sure what exactly I pressed while trying to exit the page, but after turning the printer off and on again it now says it is a HP OfficeJet 7720. How do I revert this change, please help! Many thanks, Peter.

I think I changed the firmware version to a 7720, is there any way to revert this?

If it works, I wouldn't touch anything firmware-related. There are no differences between 7720 and 7730 it's only marketing.
