Product: HP OfficeJet 8014 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

As of last week I can't print double sided from a laptop running Windows 11. It doesn't matter what software I am in the the print both sides is not offered other than in Office where it says to manually print on two sides. There has been no Windows update since this happened. There was an update which I ran today but it has made no difference. Going through the printer settings there is no option given to change to double sided

 

On my second laptop running Windows 10 nothing has changed and it continues to offer double sided option across all software

 

How do I fix this error in the Win11 laptop around the printing? Essentially I can't now print documents more than a page from this laptop as it wastes paper!
