Product: HP Pavilion 24-xa All-in-One Desktop PC (4NZ69AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to get my OfficeJet H470 to connect to my HP Pavilion all-in-one 24-xa0xxx desk top but it is not connecting.  It tells me the drive is not available.
