In the specifications, it mentions PRINTER MANAGEMENT. What does that mean? Also, is there HP Solution Center software like what was included in my old Officejet 6500?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to find the HP Solution center to manage your new printer.
PRINTER MANAGEMENT is used to do regular service in the printer and manage it.
You have to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver to get the HP Solution center back.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and run full feature driver for the printer
Click here to download the driver.

That worked as far as removing all the printer s/w and drivers and installing the s/w and drivers for my new OfficeJet Pro 6969. Now I have a problem/issue with the new printer. The printer specs say that the Scan File Type supported by Software: Bitmap (.bmp), JPEG (.jpg), PDF (.pdf), PNG (.png), Rich Text (.rtf), Searchable PDF (.pdf), Text (.txt), TIFF (.tif). How do I get Scans to output to a .PDF file?
Also,I had to change my screen name to deltatrooper1. Everytime I tried logging in, it said my user name was already in use after I entered my password at the sign/register. I would change my p/w but it would give me the same message. After a frustrating couple of days I have been able to log in, but now it says my original screen name (deltatrooper) was already in use, so I had to make a new one. HP's web site can be soooooo frustrating.
Thanks for your help and if you can answer my .PDF question, that would be great.
