Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer

Where can I get the 'HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer Desktop App' for Windows 10?  I'm looking for the desktop application that I use to have on my Windows8 Desktop, that gave me a graphical interface for scanning documents into my computer.
