Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have Settings / Power Management / Schedule On/Off configured in my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One.
It powers off at the scheduled time but does not power on at the scheduled time.

 

The Schedule On Enabled radio button is checked, All Days are checked and the time is set to 07:00 AM.

The Schedule Off Enabled radio button is checked, All Days are checked and the time is set to 10:30 PM.
