Hello all, we have HP OfficeJet Pro 7510 Wide Format All-in-One printer. Since a few weeks the web service does not work. We have checked IP4 protocol, Web Service configuration, DNS, and other suggestion but without success.
Do you know if HP Web Service is still available for this printer?
Thanks,

Edu

Hi @Oneby-ehl,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Yes, HP Web Services is still supported on the HP OfficeJet Pro 7510, provided the printer can successfully communicate with HP's servers.

If Web Services has stopped working, please try the following:

  1. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Web Services Setup.
  2. Select Remove Web Services or Turn Off Web Services if available.
  3. Restart the printer.
  4. Make sure the printer is connected to the internet and can print a Network Configuration Page successfully.
  5. Go back to Web Services Setup and select Enable Web Services or Turn On Web Services.
  6. Wait for the printer to connect and print the information sheet.

If Web Services still fails to enable:

  • Verify that the printer has a valid IP address.
  • Set the DNS servers manually to:
    • Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
    • Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
  • Restart the printer and router.
  • Check the printer's date, time, and region settings if available.

Could you also let us know:

  • What exact error message is displayed when enabling Web Services?
  • Does the printer print a Web Services Information Sheet, and if so, what status does it show?
  • Are you able to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS) by entering its IP address into a web browser?

The exact error message will help determine whether this is a connectivity issue, a DNS issue, a certificate issue, or a Web Services registration issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
